Chongqing Fengdu Yangtse River Bridge is a reinforced concrete composite beam and shallow stiffening suspension bridge whose bridge elevation is 208m and approach length is 1.48 km, with an overall length of 620m, contains 450m main span and 15m wide bridge deck. Commencement date of it’s construction is Oct. 18, 1994 and it completed construction and opened to traffic on Jan. 20, 1997 and was awarded a Silver Medal of National Quality Project.
